Wellbeing Week
This year, Beech Hill held its first ever Wellbeing Week, where we paused normal lessons so the children could take part in a whole week of wellbeing activities, including rock climbing, yoga, icing biscuits, toasting marshmallows, gardening, watercolour painting, drumming, badminton, karate, board games, story telling and even going on virtual train journeys across Europe and Japan with Mr Wooton and Mr Rowlands.
The feedback from the children about Wellbeing Week was amazing. It was a huge amount of work for staff to plan and organise, but it was all worth it to see the looks of happiness on the children's faces.
We'd like to share some of our favourite memories of the week with you.
