Within our group of schools we are fortunate to have a wide range of experienced staff who will provide a range of training opportunities tailored to meet the needs of all of our students and the ever changing curriculum.

We will draw on the expertise from the behaviour unit and our school with specialist provision for children and young people with autism, to provide hands on experience for behaviour management and experience with children who have special educational needs. Experts within the partnership and external partners will also provide up to date training for Maths and English and all training will come with practical hands on advice and experience.

We know how important it is for teachers to experience a wide range of settings. Therefore, part of your continued professional development will be spent in other schools, within in our partnership, to ensure you have a breadth of experience to draw upon.
