Mrs Macdonald's Big Day Out

20th July 2016
Last week there was a very special moment for everyone at Beech Hill. Mrs Macdonald travelled down to London to receive her BCA (British Citizen Award) at the House of Lords. She was given a medal and now has the letters BCA after her name.
Mrs Macdonald has worked so hard over the years to help families in our community, whether by offering support and training or driving children to school. She also gives up her time every Wednesday to run our Film Club with the children. She is a hugely popular figure around school with staff and children. We're sure you will join us in congratulating Mrs Macdonald on this brilliant achievement.
We feel very proud as a school to now have two members of staff who have received civic awards in the lists in recognition of their hard work.
