We'd love to share some news about our fabulous head chef Liam.  Liam has transformed school dinners since he came to Beech Hill last year.

He recently entered a competition to come up with a new meal using Quorn. He made a tasty Turkish style Quorn donner kebab. Liam represented Newcastle in the finals, so naturally we are very proud that our chef was chosen. He received great feedback from the judges. 

Lisa Graham, Operations Manager for Newcastle City Council said "Liam represented Beech Hill and Newcastle City Council as a whole, amazingly" and "he’s an asset to our service and I’m very proud to have him working in our sector".
