We all know it’s so important to keep active, we should be aiming for at least 60 minutes a day. There are so many fun ways to get moving, here are just a few to try:
Go for a walk or bike ride
Dance to your favourite songs
Complete a monthly movement challenge

Choose a type of dance, click on the day below and you will be taken to the Newcastle PE YouTube page.
